<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> WHY WAIT?<BR>Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?<BR>This may be your lucky day!<BR>It is time for a change, and CDI can help!<BR><BR>We have an immediate need for a Business Operations Specialist <BR><BR>JOB DESCRIPTION<BR>Bachelors Degree <BR>Years Experience 3-5 years <BR><BR>- Ensures timely and accurate readings and usage data including data for customers and data subscribers/customers<BR>- Responds to and resolves complex customer requests, inquiries and complaints. Interfaces and coordinates with other groups/departments to resolve issues<BR>- Provides quality customer service, while minimizing cost and increasing company earnings<BR>- Resolve Work Queue meter reading and interval usage exceptions using the EDMS application<BR>- Resolve Meter Data Log issues created through the Sync process<BR>- Schedules/monitors/resolves issues for the Auto Bill process<BR>- Run EDMS reports and review/resolve issues associated with the reports<BR>- Maintains high availability and flexibility with work hours that includes extending hours to ensure all cycle billing activities are completed in a timely basis<BR>- Works effectively as a team, self-directed and willing to step outside of normal assignments to assist others<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time<BR>- 2-3 years customer service experience including CMS or CBIS system and CMS or CBIS Data process or other comparable customer service areas<BR>- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all customers and employees<BR>- Effectively exercises consistent good judgment in making difficult decisions which affect company revenue and customer satisfaction<BR>- Ability to effectively research, investigates, evaluate and document routine and complex customer situations<BR>- Excellent work habits, self motivated, displaying ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
