This position works in partnership with Operations, Automation, and Engineering teams in the implementation of Operator Training Simulation (OTS) Programs for four process areas of the plant (Sulfur Recovery, Gasoil Hydrotreater, 12 Pipestill - Crude Unit, and Coker). Areas of responsibilities during implementation encompass the design and installation, maintenance contracts, physical training facilities, infrastructure, simulator training program design, and unit-specific training program design.

Post implementation of the project, this position will be responsible for providing support, scenario development, troubleshooting and maintenance for the four (4) dynamic process simulations. Therefore responsibilities include close interactions with the unit DCS Specialists along with operations trainers, operator trainees, process control and process engineers.
