Position Summary:
Responsible for compiling metrics for R&A, scanning, KPI and ER for both home delivery and builder channel distribution. Monitor and define improvements for inbound deliveries to both 3PL?s supporting home delivery and builder channel, as well as builder channel distribution centers. Assist Mgr-Home Delivery/Builder Channel Distribution with project management of builder channel distribution initiatives

Accountabilities:
?Compile R&A data and prepare stack rank for analysis
?Compile weekly KPI?s for home delivery networks
?Monitor daily dwell at agents and determine necessary actions to reduce
?Compile weekly KPI?s for 3PL sites for builder channel operations
?Address inbound logistics issues
?Evaluate inbound metrics and define corrective actions when necessary
?Manage job site direct routing log and invoice comparison
?Define and document SOS?s for logistic functions to support builder channel operations
?Provide analysis for all movements to secure least cost service, without compromising customer expectations.
?Develop models of improved efficiency and potential cost savings
?Assist Mgr-Home Delivery/Builder Channel Distribution with project definition and implementation of builder channel initiatives
